Ask the right question, say; hey i have a ruined account im not sure if everything i order will make it worse or not, i trained my attack experience and did not quest it. can you please verify if my account is STILL ABLE to continue with it as a 42def pure or ITS TOO LATE, im NEW to this game and DONT KNOW how to create the account I WANT.

 

You didnt do what I asked for. I ordered barrows gloves because it's what I wanted to get the account turned into. All you had to say was that it was impossible. Let's stop arguing we are just flooding this thread. We obviously disagree just let the mods to decide what to so

 

Haha my account was not ruined, You ruined it, i would have been more than happy to stay 13 defencd if you told me it couldnt be done. stop claiming I trained all of my attack experience its untrue. That's funny it seems like you're the one who had a lack of knowledge. I mean thats unless you took the order knowing youd get 61 attack and just flat out lied to me multiple times to get the order anyway.

 

@Yuva If you are offering leveling services / quest services, you should have enough knowledge in what you can and cannot do. Therefore, you will either need to work an arrangement with the owner of the account, or pay for the account value. Even if he has paid you for quest, you should have enough knowledge to know it would have leveled the Attack / if you did have enough knowledge, you should have notified the owner of the account prior to accepting the rewards.

 

im asked to get barrow gloves on the account, ill do it. i dont see how am i responsible for his own mistakes. if i created the account and ruined it, then i understand. but i was not ordered to build an account for him @Champ im offering SERVICES not KNOWLEDGE

Sorry for posting here as i'm not 100% sure what EXP was chosen or how much was left, but what you said is sort of a lie @Yuva

You are able to partly choose which EXP you want, as one offers a higher amount of EXP in 2 skills than the other. So if you chose strength/HP you would get the higher end there and the same with attack/defence.

It was either 35k exp in strength & HP + 20k in atk & def OR 35k exp in atk & def + 20k exp in strength & HP

Which as I said - Just confirming what you left out, which one can only assume you chose the 35K EXP (then again I am not the one doing the math here)

You should have enough awareness if you're offering a paid service. I'm sure if you ordered a Pizza and they messed your order up, you would be upset. Same thing, he made an order and expected you not to mess it up, you on the other hand messed it up. You are responsible, and I am not going to tell you again, you will either pay for the account / work a deal out to compensate = value of another account, or you will be banned.
