Paid over 230m for services. Scammed

Hi there. I recently have been dealing with the highly vouched user "yuva" previously known as osrs skilling. I have proof of us talking and arranging for him to level my account which was at the time a 16 attack 13 defence account and turning it into a 42 defence account with barrows gloves. I stated multiple times that I wanted to stay 60 attack and 31 prayer he said it could be done no problem. This begun in December 20 2017. Everything was going great I seen the skilling flying up and the mate levels climbing (I ended up having to trade around 30m extra for the runes to splash) anyway everything was going great until about three days ago he contacted me saying that the account should be done tomorrow. I didn' hear anything from him so I decided to look up the account and seen that it now has 61 attack. He must have made a mistake or something and is now not replying to any of my Skype messages. I' really unsure of what to do i don't want him banned I just want to sort this out the total amount that was paid to him was $180usd via PayPal. 25m for ardy cloak 2 and roughly 30-35m worth of blood runes.im happy to provide any proof such as screenshots I just wasn't sure if it was needed Id really appreciate any help on the matter. Thanks!

Sorry I forgot to add this. We started the service when yuva was using his old Skype account. The he later transferrd to the new one. Here is proof I had the correct one

@Rsgmaulddser Do you have proof of @Yuva asking you to add his new skype? Also, do you have proof of your login details of the account he sent to ensure the picture you sent us is the account he was going to train for you?

Ok so basicaly the user asked me to quest his 42def pure to 176 questpoints, Barrows Gloves, 94 magic, and ardy diary. I followed a guide to respect the 42 def and 31 prayer.
As you can see there; Gyazo - 9b2f8470404231246377bea9073535d2.png you need to do monkey madness in order to get level 42 defence. The user probably didnt quest his attack exp and trained from 50-60 attack.
That caused an additional level in the skill. that being said the level up was not possible since to do the RFD monkey part you need access to ape atoll @Wortel

Sorry i was actually 60 attack the 16 attack was a typo. Oh well the proof is him saying he was able to stay 60 attack.
I didnt think it mattered what I had or hadnt done regarding questing. He told me he was able to stay 60 attack and he went to 61 in the few times that I asked if he could stay 60 attack He didn't say maybe you'l get to 61 he just told me yes he could stay 60 so surely I deserve to be reimbursed or something?

 

Do you have any proof of him claiming it'd be possible to stay 60 attack? Picture proof that is.

Surely you' let me know that id be getting 61 attack and ask me what I want to do about it instead of ruining the account and going outside of what I paid for / what I was told could be done

you came to me with a account already ruined, you did monkey madness but didnt claim the exp. maybe you knew by getting the experience from the reward you would get 61 atk. i took the job thinking he maxed his attack with quests (like a normal pure should do) and not by killing monsters. Next time make sure your account can do what you ask for.

 

No. I didn't know that. Why would i want to ruin my own account after payinv so much. I wanted to be sure It could be done with 60 attack hence why I asked you more than once. As someone who provides a questing and leveling service do you not have a duty of care to stick to what you say? Also why would you say I could stay 60 attack all you would have had to say is that you'e unsure if I can or not. Or maybe even a possibly not. Don' just flat out tell me you can stay 60 then boom I'm 61 the accounts ruined. Also 8f it happened 4 days ago it would have een nice to contact me 4 days ago instead of ignoring the issue hoping it magically goes away

 

I never once said I maxed my attack with quests. And you never once asked
