PA Response Time?

basically I accidentally created another account under my IP. Now the new account (with my updated info and disbursement email) is suspended. I was told to email [email protected]. What is their usual response time? I was hoping to make a nice profit from the accounts I'm selling but it is impossible while my account is suspended

Update. 3 days have passed, no response.

 

Player auctions is awful. I recently sold two accounts with them, both are held in processing because the people who bought them are falsely claiming I've reclaimed the accounts. The accounts were sold on the 8th of august and I'm STI'LL dealing with this because PA has awful response time. They didn't even tell me the money was in holding until I had emailed them several times on the 18-20th to which they responded finally two days ago. In fact no where on my account or anthing does it even say why I haven't been paid, they both sayou delivery complete and pending payment processing. I've never had problems with them in the past but I'll never use them again after this mess.

 

I've had some good experiences with them.
Usually got my questions answered withing the 24 - hour mark.
