Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Hello again. It all started when my server was deleted/banned, which was obviously not my fault. I built something great as the sole owner, with the help of staff members whom I always paid as promised. Whenever anyone was interested in buying a rank in my server, they were able to review the rules in one of the Discord channels. I also made sure they explicitly agreed that the rank was non-refundable. Throughout the years I spent growing the server, I never abused my power in any way.

In fact, I even pardoned the person who reported me several times, despite him repeatedly breaking many server rules and violating the rank contract. Out of the 100+ rank holders I had, he was the only one who decided to report me. The reason the others did not is because they understood two things:

1. What happened was not my fault, and most importantly
   
   
2. They had agreed from the start that under no circumstances would they be refunded for their rank payment.
   

I understand that the newer moderators reading this report may not place much weight on the fact that this DNT was incorrectly placed on my name and has harmed my reputation over the years. However, I ask that you please look back at the case and review the evidence carefully. I provided 100% proof that I was in the right, but in my view, the evidence I submitted at the time was not given proper consideration, and I received a DNT without valid justification. This broke me and made me feel like I had no future on Sythe, because it seemed to me that the rules were not being applied fairly and nobody cared.

However, after some time passed, I decided to dispute my DNT and put the past behind me. But for reasons I still do not fully understand, the moderator replying to my request did not review the proof in the depth I believe was necessary and instead decided that I had to pay the amount that was supposedly “owed” in order to remove my DNT. That amount was 200M OSRS GP. He said that instead of 200M GP, I should pay in dollars, which made no sense since the ranks were originally paid for in OSRS GP. I had already bought the GP and was ready to give it, so I asked why I should pay in dollars instead of the GP that I supposedly owed. He then said, “fine, I’ll come claim the GP.”

Please keep in mind that I was already upset that nobody had properly reviewed the evidence or the decisions that had been made in my case, yet I still paid the 200M. Then all of a sudden, I saw a new notification that said: 200M antiscammed. I was furious. I felt scammed by Sythe itself. I had no words left. I did not do anything wrong; I am literally the victim in this whole case. I lost a million-dollar business and was attacked by the very person I had pardoned for so long, and then by Sythe itself. At that point, I felt like I had no choice but to stop there.

Now that time has passed, I can see that this still harms my reputation to this day, and I am begging you to review the evidence I provided in the original report. Even so, if the moderator reading this cannot go through all of the evidence, I still do not mind paying the amount that some people decided I owe based on what I believe was an incorrect understanding of the situation. All I want is to clear my name and prove that I never scammed anyone. If you are willing to go through the trouble of reviewing the report properly, then thank you in advance.
