Stakeland the Old school Runescape Gambling server which is owned by Staky has previously been banned. After it being banned multiple times istaky stopped creating discord servers since it was keep getting banned and hasn't created a public gambling server since. it has been 7 months since he created a server. Now I am here to report that he is scamming ranks as I have been really patient and he is refusing to refund ranks if there are no jobs for ranks to do the jobs that they paid for. I am Cashier from stakeland. here is proof of me purchasing a cashier rank from istaky which costed 100m osrs for a 50m max. imgur.com . imgur.com . imgur.com . Transaction of sending the Gold was through Stakeland discord which was banned. here a short clip of asking him on his new account for cashier ranks in the new discord. imgur.com. It's been almost around 7 months since he created a discord gambling server where people can gamble freely and ranks can do the job that they paid for. I asked him for a refund in my cashier rank since I have no use for my rank as it is not needed anymore. imgur.com imgur.com here he complains he does not want to create a server since it keeps getting banned. I replied how am I going to use my cashier rank if your only making private servers for only single bettors? what about your workers? he replied when he has something stable? like wtf are you on about whenever we have something stable? it's been fucking 6-7 MONTHS! you had enough fucking time to create a damn website. look at the other gambling servers like King Of Stakes And Elite ranks they got fucking gambling servers up and running. in these 6-7 months, all you fucking been doing is sitting on your ass playing league of legends!
If there is no more server then what use is there for me to have a useless rank that I cannot use which I paid for. Basically, he has all the gold he has collected from ranks in his discord that paid for which they can't use anymore since there is no more server for them to do their jobs. I have been patient enough and waited 6-7 months for the new server and I cannot wait anymore. I am very frustrated and this is basically scamming everyone in stakeland that paid for ranks as they aren't able to use it! if you're not going to create a new discord server, then refund our ranks. you had enough enough enough time to create something like a website or something and I can't wait anymore. I'm in 100m debt to one of the hosts in stakeland myself and with that rank refund, I will be able to help pay it back. if that rank is of no use then let me use it to pay my debt instead of sitting in your bank.

 

You know and always knew there's no refund on ranks.
Either way most cashiers made back way more of what they paid, even in their first payment lol. anyway though, as long as i can still make something you will have your rank. I just couldn't keep getting banned every few days and keep making it again. people got tired of it and so did I.
Now what im mostly hoping for is guilded adding bots. But maybe I can try discord again one day. I just don't think they will let us be.

 

come on mate refund our ranks you're taking too long to make a new server. king of stakes,dragondyce haven't been banned for at least 3-4 months. make us a server soon or refund our ranks i don't like waiting any longer. thank you.

 

I'm not just going to give a refund to this guy especially. It was a favor that he was even a rank and even not banned from the server still. In fact he got banned for valid reasons several times by mods and I ubanned him as a favor. So excuse me if I want to make sure I absolutely have to refund before I do it. after all it's not the first time a sythe mod falsely commands me to refund. (report got dragged for months and I even got falsely banned for a day for it just cause the mods handling it were biased/wrong).
The tos states that there's no refund for the rank no matter what. it's not like i said I won't refund unless there's a good reason.
other than that hama worked as a cashier and got paid several times.
I couldn't make a rule specifically about discord removing my server cause gambling wasn't against discord tos then. so I made a general rule that covers everything.
He agreed to the rules just like every single rank I sold, before getting ranked. so I believe the process is straight forward. we had an agreement, I followed all my agreements forever since I created the server years ago, and I still im. just to clarify, I'm not the asshole here. he should have been deranked and banned from the server several times for breaking rules, I overlooked it and I'm still being blamed by others for unbanning him. Uh also last time I got deranked from a server that I paid way more to be a part in (over 3k$) and owner deranked me just cause I tried to prove how his brother scammed me using his reputation, sythe decided I shouldn't be refunded and owners can do anything they want with my rank and money. Here I have clear rules and I'm being told I have to refund now? I'd like to understand why.

Either way I'm not done with Stake Land. Just looking for another opportunity to jump back at it.

 

First of all, your moderators were corrupt abusing there powers of mutes and bans on me, and you knew that they weren't valid so that's why you invited me back. Especially one of your racist moderators,@Valkor. Yes, he has a racist/islamophobic moderator and he absolutely did nothing about it since he was also his developer/coder. I reported to him many times in private messages about valkor saying offensive stuff about my religion and he only said he is going to talk to him but valkor repeatedly kept going. He did absolutely nothing to solve this since he didn't want to lose the only coder/developer of his server. if I said the things valkor said to me, I will instantly be muted or banned I promise you that. here is all the proof of valkor being islamophobic ( imgur.com ) ( imgur.com ), ( imgur.com ) and this one is me reporting it to istaky ( imgur.com ). very disgusting behaviour from his moderator and staky not doing absolutely doing nothing about it. this was all in a public chat, so he clearly didn't care and knew that he wasn't going to get punished if he said those things. he has also been reported previously ddoxxing owner of another gambling server exposing his family and his true life. stakeland is a corrupt server! this is despicable behaviour and I have not seen this behaviour in any other gambling server. this ain't the first time valkor has done this!

Second of all, I was paid several times? How can that be? I only had rank for only 2 weeks until the server got banned. Then you made it a few more times and stopped creating the server. I was only paid a maximum of twice and yes I agree I did make my money back what I paid my rank for, however, I'm here for a refund as this rank is for a long-term profit and I only broke even for the last 7months which is ridiculous.

Not sure why I am of any relevance to a Cashier Rank Refund Scam Report but, sure, whatever floats your boat. Perhaps someone has been instigating and goading you into bringing up my name into this thread as evident here?

Which is untrue and unsubstantiated seeing as how you have no evidence backing your claims.

my point is I have been muted/banned saying those kinds of stuff, so for staky to bring up mutes and bans on me does not matter since moderator like you are so special and can do anything he likes with no punishment. the attempt to scam must be an attempt of misunderstanding I might of mis-clicked on mobile, you can ask dragon dice that I have not attempted to scam once when I place a bet on these guys, if I am a scammer I wouldn't be here right now with 100m debt to lamnumber420 I will pay him back so that case is false + staky wouldn't recruit me as a cashier if I'm a scammer. and if someone treats me with toxicity I treat them the same back. however, you saying those stuff I posted doesn't disregard the fact that moderation in stakeland is biased and there is no punishment for them. for someone saying something toxic to me, they don't get muted but when I retaliate back I get the punishment so don't talk about me getting banned/muted from your server since your moderators are corrupt.

 

The ranks are not refundable sir. I cant refund something that is not refundable. I will remake the server however soon.
Also if that's the case id like a refund of 4000$ for my host rank that was taken from elite ranks.
Id like to kindly ask you to make up your mind. What is the rule? The one we agreed to, or the one you are making up right now. ( In my mind and probably most peoples minds, its the agreement I made, and have been making for years with all my ranks since the first day ) but if sythe can somehow make up other rules, id like it to be the same and fair for everyone please. Else what is sythe even about, if not for justice?

i dont think you understand what the mod is trying to say, when you said in your rules that ranks are not refundable you did not specify that if anything happens to the server in the future what will happen to ranks.

ranks can be refundable, your talking as if its impossible to send back the gold, you have an option to send back us the gold and derank us. Its been 6months without a server and us ranks did not decide to pay for a useless title and you know yourself that. Now your deciding to create the server back again when your in DNT, why couldnt you do it 6months ago?

 

With all due respect I do not have any debts. Idk what kind of brain issues lead to this belief but just because you made up some imaginary "debts" I have to pay it doesn't make me a scammer nor in debt. So if you just want to ban me for being fair do it. But at least don't make a fool of yourself calling me a scammer. I've been trusted with more than you probably saw in your bank account since the day you were born, and had the chance to scam even more if I wanted to. So if you want to ban me JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO, don't make the mistake calling me a scammer. I guess you can just say I didn't follow your way of thinking and people can judge from there.
Id still like my answer though about my 4000$ rank. Which I don't get why you wouldn't even bother mentioning.

I'm obviously right with all the facts and proof in place. If you are just going to reply with a "you have 48hours" and 0 sense, proof, facts, and if all sythe admins and the owner agree with this, Its not a website I want to be a part of anyway. Sythe in my eyes was meant to bring justice and remove chaos in the rs community, if its doing the exact opposite by removing rules, contracts, agreements, rights, then not only I wont shut my mouth and pay a fee just to use the site, but I wouldn't want to be a part of it even if you didn't ban me.
Id like to have someone else review and reply to this first though just to make sure this is a picture of sythe and not just one of the mods.
