Online retail store name.

I need ideas.

I approached a major game & entertainment distributor and we chatted and basically I have though about opening an online games store.

Xbox 360 / PS / Nintendo stuff, aswell as figures & fan merchandise.

Any suggestions?

Suggestion: go with a name that is still available as a domain name, and does not infringe any copyrights in any country.
The Game is ofcourse taken on almost all accounts.

something like this would not be taken, long domainnanme, but with some good SEO, maybe some resale to other gamesstores and you're golden.

I would be after a brandable domain.

I though about PNX , PXN , NPX , NXP , XPN , XNP (Xbox playstation and nintendo) something like that.

 

definitely don't go with 'the game' or anything resembling a current brand. you'll need something unique if you want to actually found a possibly big business.

 

Using the direct names of the companys can get you in a lot of legal trouble.
Using those 3-letter words won't really give you an edge for SEO purposes, so I suggest you to look in the direction of a name resembling your business.

Gamestation / play / game is like the best out there haha, gotta think out the box on this one I think.
