Xbox or ps3?

Well As ive sold All my RS Gp and currently trying to Sell my account, i need somthing to do insted, weve just orderd a New 40" sony bravia LCD HD tele, so i thought i might aswell get and Xbox or ps3 and hook it up.

Ive always had playstation but im getting bored of them, Im tempted to buy an Xbox, but i dont know much about them, Is there any hardware difference in 360 elite as to the Normal 360?

I heard ps3 online game play was slower then xbox, is this true?

I don't see why so many people don't like the ps3....i dont know if its just because its expensive or its just that bad...but i have a ps3 and have played my friends 360..and prefer ps3...I don't think online is that bad at all...ive never done 360 online though...i honestly think the ps3 is great...

Ps3 is the shit, it's wireless internet connection. Also the Play Live feature is free. Way better grapichcs + games.

The Playstation 3 is shit, I had the 80GB model which I bought of Ebay then I sold it 2 months later because there isn't any good exclusive games apart from MGS4 and Uncharted, GOW3 looks pretty good but that's all it has. Graphically the PS3 is on par and even worse yet it had an extra year in development.

Xbox was a copy of Playstation originally, and just an attempt by Microsoft to get in to the video game market. Playstation 3 has more features, and is more of an entertainment center than a console, which is why it is preferrable over the Xbox (which is merely a useless gaming console).

I would buy neither. I just use my computer, as it provides more for me.

I'd say PS3 for Blu-ray, wi-fi, free online, better graphics when you hook up the HDMI cords and several other reasons.. like not breaking every 2 months then having to send it in and wait another 2 weeks to get a totally different one, like you have to do with the 360 when you get the ring of death.

xbox 360. Besides graphics doesn't matter when you can only go up to 1080p anyways. Xbox has a bunch of original hits. Also, the xbox live network is a lot better than the playstation network. I also heard that xbox live may become free in the future do to them making windows live free. Also, with the fall update it will be worth it. Also, I've had 4 xboxs none of them got the red ring of death but I took them back because they were loud! there's nothing to worry about though the sound is only bad when you are trying to sneak on at night. And in the fall update like I mentioned you can store the games on the hard drive.

But personally I like PC gaming. Mouse and Keyboard rape.

Make a fool of myself? Wow, you sir do not know what you are talking about half my friends have Xbox360's and I personally think they're shit. Many people may think Xbox is inferior but to be honest I think it sucks ass, you have to hook up a cord into your modem which means you can not put your Xbox to far away from your computer unless you have some other way. Also the PS3 has WAY better grapichs have you played on a 64" HD T.V with both of them? I think not so why do you shut the hell up sir.

I have a PS3 and in my opinion it is better than Xbox360. But the PS3 is mainly better if you can go online with it, yes it is free to go online but also PS3 has a lot of demo's etc that you can download for it off the online store for free. Also theres ways to get full games off the PS3 store for free which you normally have to pay for. The future plans for PS3 are way better than the plans for Xbox360.

Ps3 is defiantly better. Comes with browser and everything. Good games getting released on it.
