OhhhBurned Scammed me

Summary of Events [ Proof Posted Below ]
1) 2 days ago i hired Ohhburned, and he did a fantastic job, got me 60-65 ranged no problem and he was compensated for it
2) Today he was supposed to work on my acc to make more 07 gp, when i looked on skype he was no longer green, the icon had a question mark on it
3) So i panicked and went to log into the acc, all the stats are the same, he didn't destroy the acc he just cleaned it out.

So i really don't know how to put this.. lol

Did some legit work for me, i even vouched his service. Got me from 60-65 ranged 0 complaints and i paid him 1.7m 07 gp for his services.

I am just extremely greatful that the guy didn't tamper with the acc. I basically noticed that i was no longer a contact of his on skype so i decided to investigate by logging into my account and found that i was by the lever that leads to the mage bank.

His current task was i was going to pay him 3.3m for 65-70 ranged + 2m for animal magnetism.

He cleaned the acc for about 13,000(Cballs)*260 each + 750k cannon.

The acc i traded the cballs to was my account! He was on it to train it

I don't understand why he would scam me around 4.5m- 5m he was going to make the same amount anyways lol..

Ohhburned still has me blocked via skype. There has been no attemped contact by him whatsoever... I can see that he was last active on sythe 2 hours ago...
