So here's the situation. I was planning on purchasing some EoC gold from PlayerAuctions via another Sythe member. However, when I clicked on "Secure Checkout" both of my credit card / Paypal options were locked, I couldn't access them. So I checked it out and it said I needed to "verify" my identification. So I did, using both my debit card AND a call directly to my own cell phone. Afterwards, I went back to the same page and used the secure checkout option again. This time, it was STILL blocked. So I contacted Live Chat and the images kinda speak for themselves. If anyone can really clarify this to me, it'd be great. I was a member of PA since 2/16/11 and had finished orders, in their case, "sales, not orders" dating back to 7/21/11. I recently went back to the market and used PA yesterday and today for a few "orders" and even then the LiveChat insisted on yesterday being my first "registration" and "order." What ticked me off really is that the whole time I tried to refute and ask questions that were clearly answered terribly. I even SPECIFIED my questions and didn't get an absolute good answer. Apparently sales don't count as orders after they finish, but they do if it's from a day ago.

 

That is weird though.
You bought from me like 1 day ago and now it is locked.

If you verified everything that is possible to prove that you are the owner of the PayPal, I don't see why they need to lock it.

 

I don't believe I've ever sold once on Playerauctions at all. It is definitely not the first time I've bought via Playerauctions as my transaction history would show. An example is one of my vouches from Nytrix on both PA and Sythe that we did use PA where I bought gold rather than sell.
