offsite scamming/lieing

this user : http://sythe.org/member.php?u=320784
claims not to use powerbot when someone (now banned) said the user was banned for scamming on powerbot, i googled his msn and this came up :
http://gyazo.com/48f49e8350941cd929537f5712d2ddee
proof of msn in sig : http://gyazo.com/f0496bec8cf6bed226bf12043409b82a

He probably doesn't use powerbot because he's banned there. We need to see sythe-level proof of him scamming for him to be banned, requested a TwC for now.

Contact a PB moderator to get the reasoning behind his ban. If it's scamming, then he'll be banned from here as well.

PM me if you end up getting the reasoning.
