Kolo909 offsite scammer

[Buyacc]

Not a very strong case, but just posting it just to be sure:

User: kolo909
Banned user (powerbot): kolo909 - powerbot

Proof: Skype and username on Sythe match the username on Powerbot.

His Skype and username on Sythe = Kolo909
His username on Powerbot = Kolo909 (banned)
Creation date on Sythe is long before Kolo909 got banned on Powerbot

Ban reason on Powerbot:

I need to know the exact ban reason from an official source. Feel free to make another report with evidence if you can find it.
