How do you think we could reduce this?

i think we should stop shops / supermarkerts

selling all the junk food but some because we all need a bit of sugar in our lives

so what would you say to this

It's not about the shops, it's about the eating habits.

Its all about how food is advertised in the media today as well as how parents put an example on eating habits.
If the parents eat alot then that can put up an example for the kids hey its ok to eat alot mommy or daddy does it.
The medis has a part in it too do we advertise stuff like apples or fruit which are yummy ^ ^ but no on tv you see stuff like mc donalds or Burger King
So as you can see we put ourselves (America) inot this mess.
We could fix this by making healther foods be served I could give a crap if Mc donalds goes out of business Id rather eat a salad anyways.
Or parents could get their kids to go out and exercise for at least an hour a day.
But there is also a huge problem with people being under weight but its not as big.

Don't make 12-inch plates. It's scientifically tested that if a person has a small 6-inch plate. They will fill it up, and eat it. If someone has a 12-inch plate, they will fill it up and eat it.

Actually having a fast or bigger metabolism as you put is better for keeping weight off because it burns calories up.

That's all you can really measure it on.

The global market can't simply ban selling a certain type of food products. not only would that hurt the economy but would also bring unemployment levels to a new milestone.
Put a little thought into this, we are surrounded by fast food restaurants everywhere. Sonic, McDonald's, Burger King, Jack in the Box etc..
Imagine how many people would be unemployed if these company's were to be shut down?

A person(s) health should be their own interest not another's. But in some cases it doesn't matter what you eat, you simply can NOT lose weight because of genetic makeup.
