Explanation of the trade: no trade. Qemo was advertising his discord in the #accounts section of Sythe Discord. The reason I'm not sure if this is allowed or not is because at first he was DNTed in the discord while his 1 month ban was active. That was later taken off by Pendulum. Whether or not he should be DNTed is irrelevant however, he's using Sythe platform to trade / advertise his discord despite being banned

If there's nothing wrong with this then I'm sorry it just doesn't seem right to me

 

I had the same thought, if he was banned he shouldn't be allowed full Sythe privileges on Discord. So I added his DNT. Like you mentioned it has since been removed. Sorry that it confused you. Figured I'd clarify that before someone else who has a better understanding of these circumstances in relation to our rules handles it.

 

Our current regulation still considers most users with a temp ban as 'regular' users and therefore they are still able to make full use of the sythe discord while being banned onsite, including posting in the trading channel.
If you want to see a change to this then you could possibly post a suggestion to deter temp banned users from the sythe discord.
