not getting the second reset email

I am not sure if my first request came through or not so sending another one here

my sythe account required a password reset as the password was older than 6 months "on trying it with a new internet browser" and I got the first reset email but then never got the second one

tried another reset and got the first reset email but not the second one again

tried another one and now I am not getting any emails by sythe so hopefully the admins can send me my current pass manually over the registered email or through the skype button over my profile

I'll talk to Sythe about it, I'll just keep hunting for the problem, sorry man
