not getting the pass reset email

Hello sythe Mods

My sythe account required a password update around 10 days ago as the pass was older than six months, and on following the pass update steps I received the first reset email but never got the second one, I tried another reset then but I never got the second email during all my trials

Unfortunately now I am not getting any emails by sythe “not getting the first reset email any more” so if any mod can manually reset my password for now over the same registered email then that would be much appreciated
