not getting the pass reset email

hello sythe mods

the site asked me to reset my pass as it was more than 6 months old and on following the instructions first I was not getting the second resetting email and now I am not getting any emails by sythe on trying to reset it again "not even the first reset email"

so any help would be much appreciated
