Ran into a bit of an issue last night during my rental, hoping everything can be cleared up by tomorrow ( I'm pretty confident it was NOT something in his control, as much as I know it wasn't mine. We're both waiting on an appeal response hopefully coming back tomorrow, otherwise I'm hoping that I'll be refunded what is potentially lost.
