Nordic Gold Ban

Well, this site's moderation has reached new levels.

I explained a coherent case with proof of a misunderstanding - The illogical mods lacking basic intelligence saw red and banned me.

Tl;dr of PMs, Discord chats, etc:

Had a green phat of years - kept in bank didn't following pricing, wasn't intending on selling - Saw a user buying so talked - User told me one price but before I priced checked myself they got banned. Another used made a thread so thought why not see if they will buy - User accuses me of scamming for quoting way under price and not going through - Price I was told was way under what they were so I was getting scammed if I did not pullout with first guy ;p

Provided all proof - Sold Green party hat in rs3 shortly after as it was on my mind.

Mods banned me for this with zero reasoning... No proof - Only just got unbanned for self vouching and spent a week which I was very busy on getting vouches to get TWC removed... Do you really think I'd do this?

All I can say is If I don't get unbanned I'll leave. Better places to trade where I don't get targetted for not donating and not being a pet.

There are quite a few flaws you haven't touched on in your dispute. I'll break down everything one by one, so that you can comprehend the reasoning behind the ban.

Firstly, you state this:

You NEVER provided proof of owning the green partyhat. You were asked to here, and never followed through. Your next message was "I did not plan on selling it purely saw someone asking specifically. If I do not provide proof, then what? Out of curiosity lol" (as seen here), but as I mentioned previously (in the quote above) you're just contradicting your statement as you clearly had intentions of selling it.

You were attempting to scam. You literally NEVER provided any proof when @veng asked for it. He messaged you asking again on Sythe (seen here), and you essentially asked for a DNT by ignoring him, which is the only reason you even bothered to contact him on discord in the first place. You tried to get around the issue by playing victim as if he was punishing you for something completely irrelevant to the situation at hand.

That's completely irrelevant to the situation. You're just trying to play victim to try to get sympathy at this point.

That's fine. Again you're just playing victim, and @veng was 100% correct in banning you. At the end of the day you attempted to sell a green partyhat to other Sythe users, and when you were asked to provided proof you failed to, and followed up by ignoring the situation at hand, and making rude remarks to staff.

This dispute has been denied for reasons listed above.
