Non appealable RWT ban

Thought I solved it but unfortunately did not, Tweeted JagexSupport 2 different times as well as Mod Weath & Acorn with no responses, Took to reddit to have my post removed and banned from the section.

Guess that's that down the drain.

Most times when Jagex does things like that it is legit.

 

Nope, the money was made from Staking, transferred from one account that was created and traded from my home IP to another with the same IP, Creation and on the same IP, It was an autoban, Cba chasing it anymore honestly, seems like they can't face a broken system, No one can answer.

 

You broke an in-game rule by interacting your accounts with eachother for an unfair advantage, IE: swapping gold to another account. Jagex has a rule in-place for multi-logging where you are not supposed to interact your accounts with eachother, transferring money between your accounts is done entirely at your own risk, and if ANY of your accounts or history of RWT in any way is exposed you're at risk of having all of those accounts banned associated with the service.


Anyways, here's one of the multi logging rules from Jagex, there are others as well.

 

You are free to create as many accounts as you like and you are welcome to trade between your accounts just as you would with any other legitimate player.

The gold was obtained legitimately, I wasn't interacting to exploit in game mechanics or rule breaking in any way.

I've done this a million times, transferring gold from one account to another, it's just a fucked system, the ban was automatic and not manual.

 

If you created both accounts, earned gold legit on both accounts, have a different IP associated with those 2 accounts than ANY other ones you have ever done services for RS gold with and haven't taken part in any rule breaking on either account and traded money over and you got banned - that's insane.

I don't think Jagex would just RWT ban you without any reason to do so at all just on a whim of a possibility of what may be happening, I would imagine they linked something with your accounts to RWT and banned it, or their automated system just banned you for switching over gold but that doesn't seem fair.

I've had something similiar happen to me before. I do RWT but not of the 2 accounts in this situation. I made a fresh account, put a bond on it and it had like 30 minutes playing time, I traded 250m to it from my main and it was instantly banned. How can a fresh account be done for RWT so quickly, when there is no IP link or mac address link because all my RWT is done on VPSs.... confusing how Jagex do this shit lol

 

Cause the fresh account just received 250m gold from another account, that's not sketchy?

Yeah but people do that all the time, what if I was a legit player just trransferring money to a new lvl 3 skiller I made?

 

The problem is with the banning system that once you get the hammer, you need to use twitter/reddit to get attention instead of having a proper support system implemented just like blizzard.

 

Still sketch, it may have caused them to look further into your account

 

This happened to me on RS3. After I traded 10b in winnings from one account to another I was banned within 5 minutes for "RWT". The trade must of flagged the ban automatically cause I RWT'd alot previously on 07 with the same account.

 

If the 07 account is flagged then so is the rs3 one, which means that if you put any amount of money, or particularly items within a certain limit you can instant disconnect and be perm banned.
