No reason given for ban ?

Hey mods, I used to use Sythe many years ago, mainly selling signatures and occasionally accounts. I had a good record and then randomly got banned and no reason was given. I think I've actually tried to appeal before but there wasn't a system set up before. There is no reason why I am banned and I'm looking at getting into OSRS since its been brought back and that's what I enjoyed playing. I'd rather pick up my old account than start a new one here on Sythe as that seems rather pointless. Anyways, if there are any further questions that would help this process let me know. Thanks!

I remember him but nothing about his case

 

Surely you had some sort of interaction with Pen so you could have extrapolated the reason for your ban. Is this really not the case?

I don't see a staff member clicking on a random profile and banning them. There has to be some sort of backstory in regards to your relationship with Pen, whatever that may have been.

It wouldn't let me reply to the thread, so I added and messaged both Shin and Dave on Skype, and allowed a couple days for them to get back with me... neither of them did.

It's insane that this ban is still active considering there wasn't as much as a dispute against my account or anything. There was no case, trial, nothing. There was zero explanation. You can check my previous posts, nothing has ever been brought to the table and I don't know why that isn't setting off alarms for anyone else. I don't know what else to say to you other than that... This is definitely the last time I will try to recover my account considering I have nothing else to say. Tell me why I'm banned, bring up something I did, show me a dispute against my account... why is there nothing? Why did he/she disappear right after he/she banned me? I don't know! I don't know this person... do you?

 

Hey sorry for any confusion, in order to reply to a dispute thread you just have to make a new thread with your response and a moderator will automatically merge it in (like I've done here). I've reopened this since you have returned with answers

My bad, never realized they would be merged. Is there anything else I should add to this? I would try to look through my posts to see any type of interactions with Pen but I can't do that without an account.

I decided to come back to make my final appeal after I read this post:

Does anyone even uphold this? This situation is staring you in the face and you're asking for more evidence that I did nothing wrong... what is this? What else can I say.

This is a complete embarrassment to be honest, for 4+ years this guy has been disputing and he's been told to "just accept the ban" "you should have disputed sooner" and "I don't know why you're banned". We have a ban reason field for a reason, if this user deserves to be banned it's really pen's responsibility to include one. Oh and pen got banned for scamming himself so any argument of "He banned you so he must have had good reason" is completely invalid. It is entirely possible pen banned this kid for no reason at all.

With admin approval I'd like to see this user unbanned and let this be a lesson to everyone not to ban people while putting NOTHING in the ban field.

I'd also like to see proof that the person who made this dispute actually created the account pkpkpk and isn't a hacker. OP please make a new post with your registered email and previous locations used on sythe since your current IP doesn't match your old one

I suppose an unbanning is the only fair way to go about this, would like a second admins opinion. Though I suppose I'm fine with it
