If nothing more, please read this?

Hey guys, I've been banned for ages now and I'm back yet AGAIN to try and redeem my account... Copying my post from every other dispute as I honestly have no reason why I'm banned.

Looking for someone unbiased to read my appeal. As I have done nothing wrong to deserve ANY ban and there have been NO accusations held against me AND I attempted to file a dispute and it NEVER got recognized. I don't see how a one month ban appeal rule can apply when my ban appeal doesn't even get replied to. I don't see how you can keep me banned when NO ONE even knows why I am banned.

I'll start from the beginning. Towards the end of last year I was pretty active on Sythe. I posted over a thousand posts, got near to 40 vouches, and traded a total worth around $200-300 with a perfect record except for a few infractions for spamming and the like throughout the years. Having been a member since April in 2007 I've come back (as I always do) and I'm wanting back into the Sythe community!

In the end of November, I was suddenly banned and no reason was given. I had no reports filed against me and not even a current active infraction. I wanted to dispute it but every time I clicked the dispute link, it would bring me right back to the 'you are banned page.' As you can see with your own eyes, this dispute got zero notice and no one helped me out. It just got sent directly to the archives (and I'd be interested to see whose doing that was but that's beside the point.) I attempted to contact some mods at the time through msn, and that didn't work. None of them could help me, so I gave up for a while.

Last week I figured 'hey I kind of want to get back on sythe' so on April 17th, I opened up sythe.org for the first time in a while and to my surprise, it no longer forwarded me to the 'you are banned page.' Giddy responded saying that 'Pen', and old mod, banned me and therefore, since he's gone, there is nothing we can do. He/she said I should have filed earlier and, since I had, I posted a new dispute containing that information. I posted that dispute here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1105288

I am aware of the one appeal rule but I figured since I didn't get all the information across, it was only right to point out the fact that I did in fact try to dispute right after the banning, but that it wasn't recognized.

I find my ban completely random and just the fact that only Pen (not my best friend apparently) knows the 'reason', and he's gone, and my appeal was never noticed, that there is no reason to hold me banned. I had no record and was known as a trustworthy Guru here on sythe that gave free tricks to any member wanting one. I can only guess someone found this suspicious, yet no reason to as many people used me with no problem. No risk involved anyways.

I'm hoping for someone new to read this and recognize that I am not a threat to the Sythe community and I'm just here to contribute and offer services to other members.

Here's a few posts in the where did ___ go? thread. I thought they were interesting, shows people knew me and trusted me - no reason for ban.

I'm not trying to annoy people, I just want to get back on here, really enjoyed talking to people on the off topic forums and wish I could kill some more time with everyone, hope y'all understand. Find one thing I did wrong or a thread I could have possibly scammed someone on. There's nothing. Someone save me?
