Horrible customer service, ask for way too much information. not only do the want a copy of your id (which they say in first post they dont need) they then want you to take a picture of yourself with your id. This would not be a problem but since i used my wife's card instead of mine they would not allow me to purchase gold, even though they allowed me to purchase when i used my cards 2 weeks ago. (no picture of myself was needed) SO CAUTION ALL GIRLS: they will ask for a picture of you, this is sexist and actually very ridiculous. I provided a picture of my wifes id my id (which clearly show same address) and a picture of myself but this was not enough. Funny how when its just a guy they dont ask for a picture of you holding your id. (they use the "stolen mom" card excuse to do, but dads have cards too, so this is no excuse to profile)
