NMZ Melee Quest Requirements

I've been looking around but there seems to be different recommended quests for NMZ melee (dh or whip/ss).

If someone could let me know what quests I should do that would be appreciated Looking to use the absorption method as it looks much cheaper then the prayer pot method.

The grand tree, tree gnome village, vampire slayer, lost city and what lies below. Then I'm not sure about fight arena and mountain daughter.
