Nivalr Requesting a Pardon For Not Paying For a Job.

    • Your profile link: Nivalr
    • Report/post/reason that got you banned: Failing to pay $25 for work done for me Nivalr Scammer
    • Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have not contacted the user at the moment, it looks like he has not been online since November of last year. I can send the money to the moderator right now if that works.
    • Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No.
    • Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

This happened around 5 years ago, the small details are a little blurry but the whole picture is essentially this. I was having some work done on my account by the victim(se3ulater50), after he had done what he was asked to do, I felt unsatisfied by the quality of how he had done it. Being 15 years old, young, dumb, and broke, I couldn't stand how treated my account, which was everything to me at that point in my life.

Over the last 5 years I've done a lot of growing, both mentally and emotionally. I realized a long time ago that I was in the wrong, and when there is work that was completed, there needs to be compensation, both for effort and time. I am requesting a lift on my ban so I can re enter this community as a brand new person. I feel extremely confident as a result of my developed work ethic and many experiences with many things in life over the years that I can become a member that can contribute to and learn from the various resources available on this website. I do not intend to abuse, offend, or scam anyone. Thank you.

    • Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.
    • Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: N/A

Hey Nivalr, sorry it took so long to reply. How did you come up with the $25 debt you owe him? All pictures are broken so even I can't figure out how much is owed. Also, you claim you have nothing else to confess to, though you have a home IP match with RedStarBoost. Did you ban evade on this account?

Hello again. The amount is $25 I’m sure of this because at the time I knew I didn’t have that much extra cash and I intended to pay whoever took the job on. I was also low ranked so boosting in general would have been really cheap. Finally, this was the only time I’ve wronged and because it was a legitimate falling out we had instead of me scamming the guy outright, this amount has been stuck in my head for awhile.

I understand that I am coming in to this as a scammer and the victim might not even remember, so I am willing to up the price to $50 as a gesture of goodwill moving forward, but you can take my word(if this means anything given my position) for it it was $25.

In regards to redstarboost, that’s a name I havent heard in a long time. I looked back at it and saw that I made that account a year after this one was banned, and I havent been active in around 4 years.

I claim ownership for this account, but not in a malicious way. I did not even think to the rule of ban evading back then. I had moved on to CSGO and wanted to get some skins, this being a community for everything I just came back here. I had also gotten considerable better at league and tried my hand at boosting. I did a few games for free and it worked out well according to my old thread.

I hope you can give me the chance to return to sythe. I did ban evade, albeit with good intentions and goodwill, but I didn’t really know it meant just making a new account, or else I would have put it in my original post.

Thanks to all the staff for reading, I know I can be a little wordy.

Thanks for the response. @s3eulater50 his skype is "S3eulater50", figure out a payment method to which you can refund with him. You owe him $25. Try contacting him for a week and if there's still no response by then make a new thread in this section to inform us. If you do get in contact with him make sure he confirms he's the true owner of that Sythe account and while you're at it please get picture proof of you refunding him. Good luck.

Your pardon will now go into voting. This will take atleast a week, but might take a bit more in some cases.
Meanwhile, feel free to Request a DNT though if you do, make sure you read this sticky first.
When your pardon is finished, your name will be shown in this thread as either accepted or denied.
Until then, please remain patient, thank you.
