    I don't blame you for being confident, especially with how Seattle had no business beating Green Bay, basically a slightly worse version of the Patriots.

    It's like I said, as long as the Patriots believe in their offense+scheme, they CAN score pts on Seattle, even if Sherman + Thomas are near their normal output.

    I'm just sticking to Seattle cuz I'd look dumb jumpin back on it now. :p

    When does Russell Wilson's contract expire? Next off season? That is when the Hawks will decline a bit. They'll be a stout team for sure, they've got their QB and Caroll is no slouch as a coach, heck he even coached the pats for a brief period.

    Apparently they're about to offer Wilson the most lucrative QB contract ever.

    That's what rumor has at least. However, there's a huge chance they lose Marshawn Lynch after this season.

    Something has to give if they're to pay Wilson what he deserves. Lynch is a great player for sure but if they do manage to retain him I wouldn't be surprised if it were only a 1 or 2 year contract. RBs have a short life span in the NFL and he's already had a great career, you can't help but wonder when the motor will start running low though. Perhaps a 1 year deal and a Draft pick spent on a RB and groom the best out of the remainders to be the replacement. Perhaps they'll employ the RBBC approach to save money.

    Not sure if he can lift his arm up to bat passes with left arm - Clayton says Richard Sherman said it himself.

    Im sure it'll get better though, the question is how much. Also obviously they have to be smart about injuries, but if you have a chance at a repeat superbowl and you were the best defensive player on the team theres no way in hell you'd miss the game even if you were slightly hurt. Peyton probably risked further injury to play, Aaron Rodgers risked further injury to play too.
