New probationary admins | admin rotator

I think if you're having problems with an admins activity then they're not worthy of the role. Seems to me people tend to take on a role, get bored and it always leads to inactivity. There are always improvements.

Sythe, thanks for the update. Are these paid positions?

Like previous members sad, this system seems a bit odd in my eyes. Still; congrats to all of you!

This is a particularly neat and intelligent change to the way the current ranking system works among Globals &Admins. I'm sure @Shin and @video will do great but I honestly like the new system to avoid stagnant Admins :D

Why not create a "Probationary Admin" sort rank? They can be equals with globals. Then if they're active, they prove themselves, and a regular administrator goes missing, they can be brought in. I don't think devaluing/flooding in administrators is the best route to take. While having a few different voices helps with the direction of the site, having too many voices for the sake of being active just turns it into a mob mentality where nothing gets done. Example: the CDT.

I agree with this. Nice to see Sythe supports this also.
