New player to lol

Yea one thing I've noticed and really miss is that it's so hard to come back when you are behind.

Honestly, I've played both DotA and LoL, and LoL is a lot easier even thought I'm mainly a LoL player and never play DotA. You should learn quite quickly.

Annie is a rather good champion to start with, although in this new patch she is not the strongest mid laner you could be playing. If i could give any advice it would be to have a wide champ pool. It is important to have a variety of champions at your disposal so that once you hit level 30 and can play ranked your not screwed when you get banned out. Any advice on which heroes I could choose between which a bit "Annie like" if you understand

Right now some of the better mid laners are;

- Twisted Fate
- Zed
- Anivia
- Fizz (Lower Elo)
- Syndra
- Ahri

Those are to just name a few, in league though it is important to play what you are comfortable with, not whats good or "op" at the moment most of the time.

Is there anyone who knows how mmr system work for unranked accounts ? Do I have mmr on my unranked account atm (lvl 12 currently). And will matches I'm playing also be taken into consideration when I'm going to play the 10 calibrating matches when I hit lvl 30 ?
