I hadn't seen the results of the last app but just from looking at these applicants is what I was getting at.

However although I think you have picked a bunch of great blokes, I think the OGV 'experience' should be shared amongst other members.

2 out of the 4 people who you have chosen have had a past experience.

Not that this is a negative aspect, however I simply think that other people should have the same chance.

Please do not imply this in a negative aspect as I condone the current 4 people who have been chosen and amplify your decisions.
