new mod suggestion

hello, talking in the discord with my friends and family. we have devised a way to fix sythe.org problem of many corrupt mods (ex: leaking SL <-- worst offence by mod) or just inactive mods.

i think that if we delete all the currently mods now and rebuild from the bottom we cna pick and chose the players on our team we want. for example: if a new member joins and we notice he is a good member he should become mod. why? this encourages good behavior from all sythe.org members so they can become staff. who doesnt want to moderate a forum for free in their time?

i dont really see many flaws with this system TBH and i think executed properly it will be very good long term in sythe.org

if you have any concerns with this suggestion i would suggest posting about it or commenting how some of these problems can be fixed

The temporary bans being handed out for trolling rasc don't magically disappear because you switch to the suggestions forums.
