its just that way so people don't make mass accounts

 

The anti-proxy is also used to make sure people only connect to an account from a designated IP address. As on those forums IP addresses are logged.

And in the terms and conditions it says you're not allowed to share forum accounts.


I have to say that 20bil buying power can probably get really far.
