Merch clan ranks

I'm sorry but your not the brightest kid on the block. Selling a mass supply of one item isn't the same thing as a rank in clan chat by any means. A big reason why people are against selling ranks is because the owner normally scams and then de-ranks every one. With merch stock it's just like buying a rare. You can use a mm or just do the trade like normal and then your done. Two very different things.

 

You tried to dump your 600% inflated merch 4 days before it was dumped. Honestly, the hypocrisy of your comments in this thread are almost overwhelming.

Very good basic summary. Stock has nothing to do with being in, or associated with, a clan.

So here it is again.

 

Half the time these merch clans are just a clan chat that tells you to buy some random item and the owners have nothing invested into that item therefore the item never really goes anyways and the clan chat dies out.

 

i support this idea, i think there is just too much room for a buyer to be scammed

I know that's not the only problem but I am fine with making the actual selling of ranks against the rules as merch stock is safer.

 

How is it much safer? They're the same thing, but instead of getting a rank you get the item.

 

To be honest this is not the point of the thread... The point is some one was banned for Scamming because his merch clan like most dumps their stock before telling the public and staff considered that scamming.

Buying an item is much safer in my opinion. It's kind of like a one time deal when buying a rank is like merch after merch. Also when you have a trusted person like plznate selling them who gives rebates if the item doesn't make it the whole way then your pretty safe.

 

Thanks for the support. I think the business model I created makes it profitable for me to sell stock, while at the same time offering plenty of financial protection for my customers as well. And from the feedback I have received from the first merch sales, I have yet to hear of an unhappy customer. Most were able to achieve even more than a 2x increase : )

Well as I stated previously, the main determining factor is WHO you buy the product from, not really the product. If I were to sell ranks, they would do just as well in their merches as my merch stock service. And glad you managed well over a 2x in your merch btw : p

I'm very glad you said the word "who". This is exactly what i'm arguing about. I think selling merch stock could work, possibly. If only right people, such as yourself does it; I'm fine with it. But, I, personally believe, that everybody should get fair rights and everybody is allowed to do it. But, if everybody can do it, there will come a lot of scammers - scamming. How? They would sell items from clans such as 2lum which dump early.

 

I completely agree, everyone should be allowed to do. Should everyone buy it, from any random user? Up to them really. Feel free to browse through my thread and make note of the 100% customer satisfaction, 90% of which recieved WELL over a 2x increase, in addition to their rebate.

Like I said, merch stock is entirely different from a rank since it is a one time ordeal, simply each user should be aware of the quality of the user they are buying from.

Your thread is like tl;dr. I'll take your word for it.

Whenever I have the time I'll be happy enough enough to tell you why ranks and stock are the same time. And yes, people should be aware, but this is the same way ranks started becoming a scam. One legit person started selling them, then came the scammers, more scammers over populated, people become mad and got merch clans banned.


Now think about it - if 2lum and all the other clans come and sell their shit here, wouldn't that ruin it for you and everybody?

 

Please enlighten me and Nate and others how they are the same. They are 2 totally different things done 2 totally different ways.
