I think that you have to let the java aplet run before it's on your computer, but nonetheless dont click links from people you dont know.

If you recieve a link and a Java application pops up, NEVER click run unless you know its from a trusted source.

Anyway thanks for the warning, hopefully this will save some Sythe members

Correct, it's known as the Java Driver. Basically if you open an untrusted Java Client which can be loaded from a Webclient or of any web application it could load either a Botnet/RAT or a key logger onto your PC.

This kind of thing has happened to me before......Stranger danger!!!

 

I know the Virus Program its a Rat from *****forums (not disclosing website) with the java applet no anti virus program can detect it cause its from java so it bypasses it they dont have the authority to scan it. You only get infected by accepting the program, The program has alot of dangerous options it can delete ur C:\ Drive make other programs run on your comp if you have a mic they can listen to it,disable bitdefender and other anti viruses ,catch a pic of webcam or your desktop etc The Guy was selling the rat for around $100. So yeah becareful if you run into those java applets only accept trusted sources and not unknown ones. Reason why i know this was because my friend found a video of it so he showed me with the thread.
