I like rocking my programming mod color, damn it. >_>. I don't see why it wasn't orange, but what ever.

 

Try it on FF or GC and see if you still have the issue.

 

He currently has an easy-to-read UI, which solves the problem.
Though I think this should still be changed as it is a problem that will simply return in time.

GFX moderator isn't close to Global or Market. Besides, this current color clashes with the programming moderator's color. Also, you can easily tell orange apart from Global or Market moderator.

Why do you keep spamming?

I suggested a light green, Finn chose the actual color.

There is so many red shades, & Global mod / market mod look practically the same.
GFX mod looks the same for me, it could be the differences in our screen color settings.

Why add another shade of red? Some people might get confused, you can easily prevent this confusion by changing a color.

I suggest this color: test

 

Tbh the color is perfect, i'd honlest like to see your signature color as a rank. It's hot.

 

The only two that look alike is Global and Market. Even then, you call still see the difference. Really, because it's pink to me, mind taking a screenshot?

It's been used before, from my memory, people really didn't have a problem with it.

Support Center was a different color. It was closer to red than it was to that orange. test

Also, gfx looks close to market for me.

I have no idea why you're against it being a different color, to prevent ANY confusion in the future by anyone.

That was the old HUE color, I'm not sure if it changed, even though, there's no way that can be right, I'm sure the administrators could have known that color was way to similar with the current ones.

I'm not against it... I'm suggesting it be orange, I HIGHLY doubt it would bring any confusion in the future. I mean, it's been used before.

A very light shade of red that NO ONE will be confused by, like I said, it's been used before, and as far as I know, it hasn't brought any confusion. Besides, the green color you are suggesting for Support Center moderator clashes more with the programming moderator color than the orange does with market or global moderator's color.

 

The colours seem to vary depending on browser/OS/colour correcting software etc. and there's nothing we can really do to prevent that. 3 different administrators and a couple of people in the IRC were giving feedback on different colour choices and the current one is what we decided to go with. Any issues *should* be resolved now that SuF has a user image.

Anyone that's had trouble seeing the username colours should drop me a PM containing their browser, OS and any colour correcting software they happen to use and I'll make sure that any future usergroups are created with your setup in mind.

The userimage doesn't affect his name in the Online Users list, nor does it change it when someone is using the mobile skin. Honestly, uniformity of a color isn't a high priority for my book. It's just nice to have a moderator of the help section.

Ah yes, I overlooked that. Usability of the site is always a high priority. If any of the site becomes unreadable, it puts people off!
