New Champion: Bard

not to mention that his ultimate can be very hard in teamfights to use it properly. Enemies can take advantage of it too

 

Yahoo those are super high CD but he's easily a all In champ with the ultimate disengage

 

I can guarantee you his laning will suck. I bet his base hp is gonna be super low as well.

 

He's not a laner though. He can pick up exp while roaming.

 

Not really that bad considering you're using the support tree and most supports build into CDR naturally, anyway.

plus if you're building him as a support, you're gonna end up buying 20-30% CDR items anyways for endbuild.

Really great kit, I can see him at professional level.
After watching some of the videos that have been released recently I hope he dosent get patched and supports have a bigger game influence

 

Most supp items have cdr built in as well, so this will mostly only affect him early game.

 

his late game will be terrifying especially if the player is good at positioning. I say this champ will be OP in the hands of mechanically good players with good positioning insight.

Totally agree with this. Things are just getting more confusing and confusing - I really liked the Lucian release actually for that reason.

 

"Bard" - next you know, we'll have champions being named "Joker" and "Hunter" as well

 

Braum.

 

Braum was released in 4.7
>First nerfs Braum received was in 4.9 (which makes 2 weeks)

So Braum isn't the case, and i'm still waiting for one.

4.13 reason on why they nerfed Braum by Riot:

He may be mediocre now which is true, but not nerfed to mediocre after 2 weeks...

 

I still consider Braum pretty strong tbh.
OT: Bard looks like an interesting champion that will have potential in late-game fights.

 

It will definitely still affect him a lot - I think that the cooldowns will be one of the first things hit should nerfs/buffs come.

 

i can also see them nerfing the number of spirits or locations of spirits he can gather for his temp boosts while roaming.
