I sold an account to @chrisx8x and the account was recovered. I did my absolute best to help Chris as you can see in the thread, recovering the account for him to give him possession of the account.

Chris did not feel the account was safe and wanted a refund as you can see in the thread which is fair enough, I do not hold that against him and it was my responsibility to refund the money.

I always intended on helping Chris and repaying the money to him, however at the time the dispute thread was posted I did not have the funds to do so. You can see I did get frustrated in the system as I felt it did not provide me with a fair response however that’s how the rules are, I have always accepted it and taken full responsibility.

I have now been in a position where I have been able to repay the debt to Chris

I am a long-term member of Sythe and have always tried to contribute to the community in a positive manner and want to continue doing so. I appreciate the community and what has been built over such a long time which I have seen first-hand being here for over 5 years.

I am hoping that with the character and remorse I have shown throughout the whole process with Chris and the admin team as well as repaying the funds to Chris will provide the Sythe team and the community the faith to remove my DNT status so I can return to contributing to the community in a wholesome manner.

250M 07GP at current rate has been refunded and I'm currently deciding with the scam victim if that's it.

This is the second time you're requesting a pardon and a second time it has to do with accounts you've sold - what makes this time different than the previous one? Reply to my question by making a new thread without adding the template etc.

EDIT: Chris has confirmed he's fine with what he's been refunded now, even though it's about $100 USD less. Still would like you to respond to the question above though.

You have asked me to explain the difference between the pardon I have made previously and this one.

You can see in the above thread that the previous pardon was related to a situation that was resolved however I had to make a pardon request to go through the process.

You can see in the thread it was confirmed by a moderator that I had done nothing wrong and it was either a miss understanding by the buyer that he thought I had recovered an account I sold him but by his words, he 'entered the wrong login details'. 'Closing this report as there's nothing to report here. You mutually agreed to this refund as mentioned above, and @nevernotspurs never recovered it. I've requested for the removal of your DNT.' Or as the moderator said 'Quite odd how you just noticed, but I'll avoid making any assumption in regards to you possibly trying to extort him here.'


The situation with @chrisx8x was that he didn't feel safe with the account that I sold him which is fair enough. You can see even in the original ban thread I never said I was not going to repay the debt or had any sort of malice - I was taking the responsibility for the situation even though I may not have felt it was dealt with the best way at the time. If Chris and I were able to speak like we have been and come to an agreement at the very time he made the ban request thread then I believe this whole situation would have been avoided.

I hope that you can see I have tried to show a positive character throughout the whole process, remorse, constant conversation with Chris to come to a resolution that we have and always the right intentions - as well as showing that I was happy to pay 250m to Chris.

This is the same ban/DNT request that I have already explained to you in the previous post. They are not different situations.

I hope you can appreciate I am trying to do my best to be transparent and explain everything best as possible but if you can also refer to the actual threads you can see exactly what was concluded by KING the moderator, for example, to see the resolution to the issue as per below;

I hope you can appreciate that I have tried to show full transparency and do my best to show a wholesome character throughout this process with @chrisx8x , taking full responsibility to repay his funds of 250m. My goal is to be able to return to the sythe community in full capacity so I can continue to contribute to the community in a positive manner.
