Nevernotspurs ban

You have been banned for the following reason: reporting nevernotspurs

Hi Sythe team,

I have found the time now to make this thread regarding me being banned.

I received contact @tialfreddy on 02/10/2017 the buyer of my account saying that he had lost access to the account. I replied to him and told him that I would attempt to recover the account (This info was not included in the ban request thread).

A week or so later I went away for a few weeks and upon my return and the first time re-opening Skype, I saw further messages from @tialfreddy and saw that he requested a ban. I completely forgot about him asking me to recover the account and I take full responsibility for forgetting it but I did not recover the account and after discussions with the buyer I think he can clearly see that now.
I wasn't active on Skype or Sythe which is why I didn't see any notifications about the ban report and again it is my fault for forgetting that @tialfreddy got in contact with me regarding recovering the account.

I have been in contact and discussing and helping him understand what happened and we have reached a resolution that I will recover the account for him as he can see I didn't recover it and he will vouch to attempt to have my ban removed.

I have also helped two other buyers of different accounts which I have sold recover the account that they have had hijacked and returned them to them. @OlafBellin

And also another buyer who I forgot their Sythe name but I have contacted them to vouch.
