    Need some help slimming

    In the first week, I felt pretty lethargic and tired. I feel fine now though and if anything I have more energy than before.

    Need some help slimming

    On cheat days I eat either no calorie deficit or increase in calories, but if I do go over its only about 200 calories more.

    I actually can strongly disagree here. I've lost around 50 lbs dieting correctly. With my diet, I cut almost all sugar products (no pop) and would eat out fast food once a week. I had talked to a nutritionist and they told me doing this causes your body to work harder to burn the calorie in take because its such trash.
    Also, to burn far you need cardio such as running or jogging along with working out. There's many different ways. If you're looking for a good ab workout google Ab ripper x. It's amazing

    Need some help slimming

    Go for the morning walk daily and do some cardio exercises regularly to lose your excess weight and get your desired body shape.
    You should focus more on jogging, running, swimming, and cycling for the weight loss. You should also take more effective weight loss foods in you diet.
