Need some GFX edited / changed

I'm wondering if it's possible to have a piece of GFX edited / changed. I only have the .PNG of the image which is why I can't do it myself.



Ideally I'd like this made into a .PSD so I can edit the prices whenever I feel like it.
Honestly don't have a clue if it's possible / how you'd do it.
If you think you can and can provide me with an un-watermarked .PSD upon completion I can pay you for the job.
