44k requesting a DNT for blackhat (off site, old ban)

• List of offences you've committed and ban reason given to you: I was banned for alleged blackhat but honestly I didn't really commit anything and it was all on another website. I don't know if that's blackhat by affiliation? There was obviously a rather bored user who enjoyed playing detective or wanted me banned here.
• If you scammed, have you made any follow-up attempts on contacting your victims or received any response(s): N/A
• Anything you wish to add: The ban was nearly five years ago, the evidence was vaguely suggestive at best and only guilty by affiliation at worst. Maybe you guys did things a little differently before but I personally think it doesn't warrant a ban by today's standards, and certainly not a permanent one at that. Thanks for your time.

 

You literally vouched for booters on Hackforums, how can you consider that "commiting nothing"? While this is an easy ban reason to pardon for nowadays, it doesn't mean you can just outright lie to us.

Firstly, I can tell you that I'm not trying to lie or evade any truth. Perhaps you didn't look closely enough at the screenshots in the report - it does clearly say that I am vouching for the owners of the booter (singular, non-plural), for designing their thread in exchange for payment. It was also something I did here on Sythe for a while, designing threads and signatures, you are welcome to look at my post history. There's no suggestion that I even own or have access to a booter, hence my assumption that I was banned by association. I hope that clears things up, apologies if my initial thread was confusing. You have my Discord if you'd like to voice call me for any questions regarding my legitimacy.

Well it's gonna be hard for me if you've gotten some of your posts deleted on Hackforums (e.g. this is nowhere to be found[/url]) regardless I'm less on about what blackhat activities you've partaked in and more about you claiming you've never done such thing while you've been banned for it for nearly 4 years now without ever trying to dispute it regardless of you saying it was all done in error.

Just remember that some of the blackhat rules are still in place (The Official Sythe.org Rules) and when DNT'ed you may not participate in any trading activities (Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank).
