Need help with Quests

[H U S T L A]

I need somebody to help me by listing all the quests that can be completed with 1 def and also, please do not list any quests that gives defence xp. I know this is a big request, and therefore I will send $0.22 cents via PayPal to the one who can provide me with the longest list. I know this is a very small amount of money but that's all I have.

Don't be so lazy, at least search around.
