need help used a friend account

i asked a friend to sell my accounts on sythe because i had no account and he told me he was kinda trusted so he let me use his acc. but when i loged on it it apear to be a message saying that hes bannned permanent and my ip also banned. now the problem is that i wanted to create my own account and i cant do it. can some 1 help me?

Your friend and his IP are banned, if you use his then you are out of luck.
