I am one of runescape's top questers, and I am thinking of starting my own business. I am having a huge problem doing this.
A long time ago, my friend created a sythe account called "hoiguy1208" and I cannot register now on this site since he did that. I told him if I got it solved, he would not be allowed on his account since it seems only one account per ip is acceptable.
so I want to be able to create my own account. If you can please allow me to do this, I would be very happy. Rs is my life and I want my business to bloom.
