Need help removing my TWC

Hi, I got given this TWC a while back now, if I remember correctly it was due to the IP or something and I had to provide details. The thing was that at the time I was living in a hostile and was using my mobile hotspot, I was asked to provide a phone bill but it was a pay as you go (30 day unlimited on three network) so there was no phone bill to actually give. I then tried again or replied to the same post or something because I then got moved into another hostile & they had broadband which was virgin ISP (Not very sure was a bit of a rough patch so don't remember too much) But ofcourse they wouldn't let me get a bill as it was nothing to do with me so there was nothing I could do...

Of course time has gone by and I now have my own place & own broadband so I can provide any details necessary, I just need to know exactly what to provide, if its broadband bill I don't want to post it here publicly so who do I send this to?

 

Hi, I made a post before & just recently I came to check and read about the TWC home IP and is more clear to me now why I got the TWC. Anyways this is my home IP, I'm also using talktalk broadband.
