Need help regarding divicasales

never mind, bank called back and they said they checked even further and said that 100% divicasales has charged that amount. So idk what to do with this charge. They said it cant be stopped till it goes through.

I honestly don't believe a word this guy has to say.
One minute it's resolved, the next he's trying to charge us back and then apparently the bank is confirming we did issue the payment.

 

Please show actual proof of this happening "mulptile times" then come back with a good arguemnt lol. Like i said when this 225$ charge in the OP goes through im going to chargeback because you guys say you dont have that charge. So if thats going to get me banned then sure.

EDIT: let me rephrase that so you can understand because you clearly cant understand simple shit, I am not charging back the other orders that were months back or a week or so back only this 225$.

This is just gonna be a flame war. So please again post valid proof of me "charging back all the orders i ordered with you" And show me where it happened "Multiple times" then we can go from there. If it happened multiple times i would have been banned now wouldnt i? Common sense goes a long way.


EDIT: again like i said 5 times please show proof of it being charged back. until then theres no reason for a ban because i havent scammed anyone.

Hey, so as Chloe said, it is literally impossible for us to just randomly charge you. The only way for you to get charged from our website is for you to enter your details and make a payment.
However, I'd just like to point out the difference in the names of the payments. The screenshot you show for the successful trades show either "SKR" (Skrill) or "PayPal" in the payment name, showing that you made the payment through those gateways. The payment you're concerned about says "ACH HOLD ... RETRY PYMT" - "Hold" possibly suggesting that the money is being held by your bank while it is processing, possibly the refund that you were issued from us, can you see that refund re-entering your bank anywhere else?
"RETRY PYMT" suggests that there was an internal issue on your banks side with one of the payments you made to us, and the money went through to us but wasn't actually taken from your bank, so now is it catching up.

So my best guess is that it is related to one of the two previous payments you made, all I could really suggest is waiting it out and seeing what happens. I can't see any 3rd payment of that amount from you so we definitely have not received it, and since there is no reference to PayPal or Skrill I don't think we will.

 

i saw the paypal refund two days ago then my balance was postive 225. then this morning i saw this charge and was like wtf so i contacted her about it then talked to my bank. But she isnt understanding that. So ill wait till its posted. But if it goes through as a 3rd charge im going to charge back that unless you guys receive it.

 

At the bank I work at I see these "retry payments" all the time from PayPal. It happens when PayPal was unsuccessful the first time to deduct the funds from your bank account and they will repeatedly try (normally 3 times on different days) to take the funds.

 

ill ring up PP and see what they say if its going through them.

 

I meant to phrase it as I'm going to charge back that extra 225$ if that is a third charge.

But I know for a fact that the charge isn't the refund. The refund already happened and was credited to my accent. And this charge was issued this morning and took the 225$ out.

You still threatened to charge back all other orders. Not just that one single payment.
You heavily implied that you've done this on multiple occasions (i.e purchased from us and then chargebacked) why else would you call our company retarded? Why else would you say "it's happened multiple times."
You thanked us for giving you free GP - please show me where anyone from the company Divicasales has given you free GP.
