Need help ASAP! wtf JAGEX

    So, this picture explains everything....
    I have been trying to recover my Locked Account , i have even tried more than 14 times, as you can see , Subscription Details and contact details.
    Any Suggestions ?

    Yes, contact them directly via [email protected]. Contact details are when you subscribed, you must enter that ZIP/e-mail address for contact details, for billing, you will have to explain everything in the bottom box of the appeal 'more info' box. goodluck

    If you can dig out any old transaction IDs from billing (check your email) that normally works...

    They're pretty crap at replying to emails though, I would go for posting in the account help forums if you want a quick reply.

    Btw, are you even the original owner? If you aren't, you should ask him to unlock it for you.

    My only advice is to not give up.. I have had accounts locked for upwards of a year before I finally got them back.

    Try to dig up more information. As said in the reason why your appeal got denied, subscription details/account creation details are very important. The older the better. You can also try posting on rsof in the account help section, as well as sending an email as the users above said.

    Uh, good luck. I had the same problem, except I emailed Jagex prior to a recovery attempt. I provided all information needed and got denied access (even though I am the one who requested account lock).

    Make sure to send them your oldest details to confirm it is your account. If you've moved houses I would put in the oldest ZIP code and the new one in the 300 word/character box. I hope you recover it :)
