Need help/advice on 2step auth

Hey guys, my main account i can't log-in since i got a new phone and couldn't transfer the app, i haven't logged on sythe in a few months either, but my IP is the same that it's always been & from when i created the account a long time ago even i believe. Any advice on how it can be reset or do i prove by IP/secret info of the account to a staff member for it reset?
