I'm Nil Volentibus Arduum, I've been told by Corey to post this here.
A couple of months ago, I discussed a deal on my username "Candy". I've had it for sale a while back, and then more recently I had contacted about 5 - 6 people from Sythe that were after rare names about it, with limited possibilities (as I'm banned) I was going to sell it to Name Trader for 100M RSGP. I didn't want to risk losing it, so I took as long as I thought I'd need to safely transfer it to a blank level 3.
Unluckily, a couple of days ago the name had been sniped from me, and now I see my name being resold here on Sythe, by the user "Ortho":

I asked Corey for advice, and he told me to post proof of:

An old thread, days before I had been banned, on which I put it up for grabs.
2. I don't know how I could possibly prove this - I've never informed "Ortho" in particular, and I don't think the user has sniped this on purpose from me, but nevertheless I do feel stolen from.
Thanks for looking into this - I know Brian and O_R_L_Y have been banned in the past for something similar. If I somehow could manage to get my name back from this person, that'd be much appreciated. He can contact me on MSN at "[email protected]". I'm off to school, but I'll check back soon to see if my input is needed on this.
