Banned for name sniping

I was banned today because of this thread:

I did create the username "Candy", but I had no idea whatsoever what someone else on sythe owned it at one point.

I add names to my ignore list and if they have a changed name symbol, I keep them and wait for them to change. I check my list multiple times a day and if I ever see the changed name symbol has gone away, I create the name. I have NEVER added a name to my friends list because I saw someone on sythe selling it. In fact, Nil Volentibus Arduum never even sold the name "Candy". He kept it himself and transferred the name ,months later, which he stated in his thread. Also, why would I have any reason to expect the name to change when 1)he is banned and would likely not try to resell the name on a different account because people would call him a ban evader 2)His sale thread shows that he didn't end up selling the name 3)The name had not been attempted to be transferred for months.

In the future, before watching any names, I will carefully check to make sure that no one on sythe has owned it before.

Nil Volentibus Arduum said in the aforementioned thread: "I've never informed "Ortho" in particular, and I don't think the user has sniped this on purpose from me"

Also, if a current user at sythe had contacted me and told me I was selling a name of theirs they were transferring, and had proof that they owned the name, I would happily give the name to them. This is not the case with Nil Volentibus Arduum though because 1)He has never even attempted to get in contact with me, and 2)he has been banned for 3 months and is no longer welcomed at sythe.

I already tried to post a dispute and for some reason it didn't make it through. I think I got too detailed on one section, so I will leave that part out this time.

I created the username "Candy" a couple weeks back. Supposedly, the person who was transferring the name was Nil. Nil was transferring the name to his own new level 3 (according to the aforementioned thread) by using the offensive name method. The name was offensive for 2 weeks before being changed according to ARCTICx.

Every month, I check rare names to see if they are available. If they are changed, I will occasionally check them to see if they have become available. I have NEVER scoped out names on sythe with the intent to snipe them when they are sold. I only make names for profit, and I figure that it's pretty dumb to try to resell a name that's already been sold on sythe before.

On this thread, it shows him attempting to sell "Candy". However, you can see that he never got to sell it before he got banned.

I'm guessing the reason for my ban was because Kerokerocola thought I decided to make "Candy" after seeing Nil's thread. I honestly found this name without looking through sythe and didn't intend to take it from a previous member here.

I understand that I shouldn't snipe/sell any names that have already been sold at sythe. If unbanned, I will make sure to check sythe more thoroughly before I decide to start watching a name that I found was changed.

If I'm selling a name and a current sythe member contacts me with proof that he/she used to own the name I was selling, I will gladly hand the name over to him.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Regardless of what happens, could you please state the exact rules when it comes to name sniping (the act of watching an account with a changed name and creating it if you see it has become available? I have read the official rules and could find nothing on this subject.
