"P" was recovered from the owner of the login with "P" ... it was sniped/sold a long time ago. and he had talked with a mod and got it back a few months ago. ive talked to him a few times. It wasn't just given to him.. it went back to the original owner and jagex bound it to prevent it being moved again.

That makes a bit more sense, dang one lucky dude.... Kind of hard to believe there is an original owner of a 1 letter log in name tho. :\
