    P was either a private release, which means it was released without Jagex letting anyone know (just at a random date and time) Or he was a rank in a mods chat. Ranks in mods chats usually are granted names that they want because they ask for it. Mods feel more granted to releasing a name to ranks in their fc, as opposed to a random player begging/asking for it (The name is usually an inactive name) This couldn't happen to any regular player. Hope this clears up your questions.

    You'd have to be ranked, which is most of the time is only handed out to pmods. If you wanna pretend you're loyal for years to get pmod, then turn around and work to get a rank in a mod fc, then that's some real dedication. Which I doubt anyone has tried/done on the level just to get a name

    "P" was recovered from the owner of the login with "P" ... it was sniped/sold a long time ago. and he had talked with a mod and got it back a few months ago. ive talked to him a few times. It wasn't just given to him.. it went back to the original owner and jagex bound it to prevent it being moved again.
